Superb infrastructure. First class rustic luxury offering marvelous views, great beds and gourmet food from chef Alejandra Munoz. Locally grown seasonal ingredients are the norm. , We offer free-range lamb and beef. Nightly meals with venison as well as, boar, pheasant, hare, goat, sea bass, shrimp are paired with good honest Chilean wines. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. With a maximum of only 8 guests at a time, everyone receives individualized attention. Guests with special needs, (vegetarian, gluten-free or dietary restrictions, etc.) are welcome.
